The Malaysia Pre-Olympic / National Athletic Championship 2008 has begun its first day of athletics in the 2 day event. Although most of the events so far has consisted of heats nevertheless the level of sportsmanship and good natured competitiveness displayed by the athletes has made it into a very enjoyable morning. A total of 6 international teams are taking part together with the Malaysian athletic team. All the states are represented in this Championship.
